  14. I do not have a scanner. I want to use OCR change some of my doc. to
  15. computer files. The only way I can think of is using a FAX machine and
  16. a modem w/WINFAX PRO.

  18. The problem that I am having is I only have one phone line, so I am
  19. not able to use the fax machine at one line and the modem on another.
  20. Is there anyway that I can directly connect the fax and the modem
  21. together?

  23. I already tried to hook up one phone wire between the FAX and the
  24. modem, the modem can't reconize (hear) the signal from the FAX machine
  25. for some reson, can anyone please help me?
